Are you new to exercise, or have been away for an extended period of time? Having trouble sticking to your routine? Achieve success through our Member Connect Program. This program is specificly targeted for our beginner or intermediate exerciser. Action, goal setting and accountability; a Wellness Coach will provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise to your daily exercise program. In as much as 3 months or up to 7 connections with a Wellness Coach you will see results!
