This service is available to those with athletic goals, rehabilitation needs or requiring assistance in designing a program to suit their needs.

Are you new to exercise, or have been away for an extended period of time? Having trouble sticking to your routine? Achieve success through our Member Connect Program. This program is specificly targeted for our beginner or intermediate exerciser. Action, goal setting and accountability; a Wellness Coach will provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise to your daily exercise program. In as much as 3 months or up to 7 connections with a Wellness Coach you will see results! This is an excellent investment in you.

Wondering if you are making any progress with your workout? It is wise to measure your fitness level to help you set realistic goals and track your successes. This assessment will evaluate your body fat, BMI, strength, endurance, flexibility, power and cardiovascular endurance.
