The Family YMCA of Prince George offers over 100 Group Fitness classes every week! Many classes require equipment and props. We require you to sign-up at the Membership Services desk a half hour before class time to ensure space and equipment.

A choreographed group strength-training program. Uses free weights and various training styles that change every 4 weeks. Build endurance, strength, stability and power.

Revitalize your body and spirit. Yoga classes at the YMCA are designed for every level of ability, age and physical condition. By using a few simple props, students with different capabilities can gradually build up strength, confidence and flexibility. Please bring a personal yoga mat!
Restorative Yoga: A very gentle yoga class for those new to yoga and/or those with physical limitations due to weight, illness, stress, etc. Registration with Membership Services required.
